How it works

Three steps. No PBR fiddling.

Designed for the fabric-exploration stage of your workflow, not the production handoff.

1

Upload a photo

Phone snap, supplier image, Pinterest find. Flat-laid fabric works best.

2

Textyl generates the texture

Tileable PBR maps in seconds. No scanner, no swatch, no node graph.

3

Drop into CLO3D

Apply to your garment. Compare candidates side-by-side. Lock direction.

Who it's for

Built for the design-decision stage.

In-house designers

Test fabric direction before the senior review. No procurement bottleneck.

Freelance designers

Stop billing hours to swatch sourcing. Reuse fabrics across clients.

Fashion students

Free tier while you're studying. Build a digital fabric library from day one.

Built by

A designer, not a SaaS founder.

Joshua Grice, designed for Alexander McQueen and Kering-network studios, then watched fabric digitisation kill the design flow for everyone around him. Textyl is the tool he wished existed when he was at the bench.
